These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roxorai.net and related services (the "Service") provided by RoxorAI ("RoxorAI", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using RoxorAI you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service may include adult (NSFW) content; you are responsible for ensuring such content is lawful where you are.
2. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You will not use Roxor AI to create, upload or share content that:
- depicts or sexualises minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent;
- is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
- promotes violence, hatred, or unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may remove content or report unlawful activity to the authorities.
4. Your content and licensing
You retain rights to images you create with the Service, subject to these Terms. Commercial use is granted on the Studio plan; Free and Pro outputs are intended for personal use. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your content only as needed to operate the Service.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
6. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoxorAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoxorAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
